Moorevale has partnered Rockspring PIM in the acquisition and refurbishment of this important City core building. A successful planning application has given scope to enlarge the building by an extra two floors. Timing of the delivery of some 85,000 sq ft of top quality city specified office space is anticipated for early 2013 at a time where supply of office stock will show the results of continued compression.
