Moorevale has been appointed by Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd (USS) to drive the refurbishment and reletting programme at 110 Cannon Street. The building was acquired from Land Securities in June of 2011.Practical completion is scheduled for early 2012. This mini tower will provide some 75,000 sq ft of high grade office space with the most splendid views across the City and over the River Thames. Letting agents are JLL and Knight Frank.
